I've got a PR which goes near HDFS output stream (declares it supports Syncable in hasCapability())
The PR is failing on four tests -two timeouts, two assertions https://ci-hadoop.apache.org/job/hadoop-multibranch/job/PR-2587/2/testReport/ are these things I should expect to see & not worry, or have I broken something? -steve
