Thanks Runzhi for your contribution in HDDS-3041. As discussed on Ozone Slack channel, including this fix will require a ratis release. This will delay the Ozone release by another 4-5 weeks atleast. Thus we agreed to proceed with release without HDDS-3041 and then follow up with a minor release 0.5.1 to include this fix.
