Currently, the stateMachineData which is the actual chunk data is maintained in
the stateMachineCache inside ContainerStateMachine. Right now, the cache expiry
is time based as well sized as per the no of parallel write chunks possible in
the datanode. In case of optimal throughput, we may need to tune to it to a
fraction of heap configured for the datanode process.
