Summary: 'ozone oz volume create' should default to current Unix

Currently the user parameter appears to be mandatory. It should just default to
the current Unix user if missing.
E.g.
{code:java}
$ ozone oz volume create vol32
Missing required option '--user=<userName>'{code}
