For router's OPS config:
* In trunk/branch-3, the cmd looks for (command)_(subcommad)_OPTS -->
HDFS_DFSROUTER_OPTS / HADOOP_DFSROUTER_OPTS.
* In branch-2, the cmd looks for HADOOP_ROUTER_OPTS.
Also, it would be better to add commented corresponding config in
hadoop-env.sh, for better user visibility.
