In DFSAdmin#SetSpaceQuotaCommand, it can set {{quota}} use a integer number or
can be specified with a binary prefix for terabytes, petabytes. I think this
can also used in command {{SetBalancerBandwidth}}. And it will make this
command convenient to use for admin users rather than let them always to
calculate the bandwidth transform to bytes.
