Haohui Mai resolved HDFS-8134. ------------------------------ Resolution: Not A Problem Marking this issue as "Not a problem" for now. Multiple vendors (e.g., Cloudera and Hortonworks) have certified their Hadoop distributions against OpenJDK. AFAIK there are multiple deployments using OpenJDK running in production. The JIRA system is used to track bugs. Please feel free to file jiras if you have encounter any bugs w.r.t. OpenJDK.
