This targets the serverside implementation of handling journals sent by the
primary cluster via MirrorJournalManager.
This service will be launched in mirror cluster's active namenode. It receives
the journal RPC requests from MirrorJournalManager and processes edits and
writes it to local shared storage and applies on the in-memory namespace.
