The checkpoint of SecondaryNameNode after 2.0 is carried out by
"dfs.namenode.checkpoint.period" and "dfs.namenode.checkpoint.txns".
Because "Checkpoint Size" displayed in status.jsp of SecondaryNameNode, it
shuold make modifications.
