The paranamer processing is required by older avro. HDFS currently doesn't use
avro at all. Removing the paranamer processing is required for HADOOP-7264,
which upgrade avro to the current version. The change will be part of the
atomic HADOOP-7264 commit. The jira is created for HDFS change log.
