Namenode supports Active and Standby modes; Standby Namenode should be able to
able to take up the Active role dynamically, without losing any data.

Namenode should have the capability to play dual roles, either as Active or
Standby, as HA Agent decides. The Standby Namenode should contain the instance
of Backup Namenode inside. When HA Agent forces a switch over, the Backup
Namenode instance should be turned to a normal Namenode instance.
