The Hudson pre-commit job should run the libhdfs test

The libhdfs test does not currently run as part of the pre-commit Hudson job.
It should as libhdfs is not contrib. The command to run is: {{ant
-Dlibhdfs=true compile test}}. We just need to make sure the Hudson slaves are
capable of building the native code and running the test.
