The second part of test case
TestDatanodeBlockScanner.testBlockCorruptionRecoveryPolicy(), "corrupt replica
recovery for two corrupt replicas", always fails, half the time with a checksum
error upon block replication, and half the time by timing out upon failure to
delete the second corrupt replica.
