The 'hdfs' command introduced in 0.21 (unreleased at this time) conflicts with
a common user alias and wrapper script. This change should either be reverted
or moved from $HADOOP_HOME/bin to somewhere else in $HADOOP_HOME (perhaps
sbin?) so that users do not accidentally hit it.
