This header file defines USER_CLASSPATH as
"/home/y/libexec/hadoop/conf:/home/y/libexec/hadoop/lib/hadoop-0.1.0.jar" .
This define doesn't appear to actually be used anywhere. But it certainly
would be a great way to exploit systems if it used internally at Yahoo!...
