This is the result of project splitting.
The "eclipse-files" build target used to create Hadoop_Ant_Builder - an ant
based builder for eclipse.
The target still works fine for hadoop/common, but not for HDFS. I think for
hdfs the builder should be called HDFS_Ant_Builder.
I did not check map-reduce.
