Hi, I am running into the exact same issue as in http://hdf-forum.184993.n3.nabble.com/H5repack-dimension-scales-with-custom-attributes-tp4028565p4028568.html (for some reason I can't reply to that thread). Specifically, h5repack fails when custom attributes are attached to dimension scales. Was this ever fixed? I am currently using version 1.8.17 of h5repack, but I can talk with my sys-admin about updating if it was fixed. Thanks,
