I didn’t attend this conference because I retired 15 years ago, but I have 
attended about 25 conferences in the past. In those wonderful days, by the time 
I got home  Hasafran was bombarded by email from attendees (all in person) 
thanking all those volunteers that made a conference a success. I know, from 
personal experience, how time consuming and challenging are those efforts to 
plan and  have in minds the needs of librarians in each division.
I encourage attendees to express their gratitude. I know that it means a lot to 
those that made tireless efforts for the entire past year,
