Again some weird local configuration problem. Probably doubly included BCC dir in PATH. I've just updated INSTALL yesterday to highlight this very problem. I'd like to ask all users to pay more attention to messages on this list, and particularly to INSTALL docs. Ppl cry for docs, but don't read what's available.
