* INSTALL
* Clarification to HB_BUILD_IMPLIB usage.
; NOTE: By now it's very easy to create implibs outside
the central make process:
'hbmk2 @contrib/<lib>/<lib>.hbi'
where <lib> is the name of the contrib. Moving
the resuling import library file(s) to our lib
dir has to be done manually in this case.
