At first and as a start :- In Harbour world, we have HbQt to access Qt power In Python world we have two products to access Qt power 1 - PyQt v4.7.3 2 - PySide v0.3.1 PyQt is not available under the LGPL where you must purchase a commercial license if you are unable to distribute the source code) PySide is available under the LGPL, but it's still in early stage of development.
