Unfortunately the msql version required by hbmsql doesn't seem to be available anymore, so I couldn't make any successful tests with it in last 3-4 years. Your work (this part of it that is) continues to live in hbmysql, which seems to be rooted from hbmsql, so it's by far not lost effort.
