hbsms was a generic solution using standard AT modem commands via serial communication to the device. I don't want to offend anyone here by contributing code and not being able to give "proper" support for it, and seemingly no one else wanted to touch it with a stick, so it's better for everyone if such abandoned piece of code is missing from our SVN. Anyhow the code is accessible, so those who find it useful can keep using it. As for telepathy which is another buggy piece of code in Harbour, I hope one day someone will fix it.
