download these files:
gcc-lib-4_4_2-20091204.wpi
qt-lib-4_5_1-ga.wpi
qt-dev-4_5_1-ga.wpi
qt-examples-4_5_1-ga.wpi
Once installed you will have "Qt 4.5.1 GA" folder on desktop containing
many .exe files
You do not need to build any library and/or executable and rest of tools
All "demos" work and most of "examples" work fine
( Yes I know that you prefer Qt on Mac :-) )
From svn.netlabs.org/qtapps
you can download many applications with Qt4
I tested some of them and all work fine, including Kdiff3
