* contrib/hbide/ideprojmanager.prg
! Don't delete temp .hbp file when creating PPO file, otherwise
hbmk2 couldn't find it (at least on my system).
* Changed temp .hbp name to have "_tmp.hbp" appended (instead of
"._tmp.hbp").
