It is different format but I do not think that adding it needs a lot of
job. Probably it can be quite easy implemented as extension to existing
DBF RDD code. Anyhow practice shows that documentation usually does not
describes some important details and it's necessary to verify it with
real files so it's rather job for someone who has Visual dBase and can
easy create such test files or test code. The second thing is adding
support for some dBase7 extensions and here it's necessary to have at
least basic knowledge about the modern dBase versions. It may not be
necessary for simple readonly access but for RDD which can be used
to share tables (even offline and without indexes) is a must. In
summary the best person to add such extension is real dBase developer.
