Yes. In fact first I simply did an incremental build on all components (which is enough), but before I sent my e-mail I rebuilt everything. Now I rebuilt HBXBP and HBIDE, but still the same. r13516. 'File / Open Project' works fine though. But let's wait for someone else to confirm it.
