Hi,

I guess these problems are all rooted in the fact
that .rpm was generated using overridden HB_*_INSTALL
parameters. hbmk2 only support standard installations
by default. You can either try using a standard dir
layout when building Harbour, or forcing unique dir
layour by using HB_*_INSTALL envvars at hbmk2 time.
I suggest the first option, by simply dropping
HB_*_INSTALL override at build-time.

[ For some reason ppl still like to define these,
despite dozens of e-mails recommending otherwise. ]

Sorry, I don't know what is 'static package'.

If hbcplr isn't in /usr/lib/harbour, it's a sign
of non-standard dir layout usage described above.

As for pcre: What happens is that embedded sources
are not used on platforms where these components are
made available by the system. You can force locally
hosted version, but I suggest to accept these defaults.
