It's not about the Harbour license limitation, but the QT LGPL license limitation. No one said it's not possible to create a Harbour+QT commercial app with statically linked QT libs, but it requires commercial QT license. Which, I presume very few Harbour developers have. So the extra effort to offer this to _everyone by default_ is a waste of resources.
