I have win-make.exe in harbour folder: \harbour\win-make.exe
is right HB_INC_QT instead HB_WITH_QT/HB_DIR_QT? Is right vcvars32.bat instead vcvarsall.bat?
Work for me, but i have many messages and changelog entries to read. If something is wrong, please fix me.
