It's effect of the definition which contains latin letters 'I' and 'i' in src/codepage/cpua866.c. If you think that sth is wrong then please update src/codepage/cpua866.c. You can also try to discuss about it with Pavel Tsarenko which created such definition. I do not plan to change original definitions created by Ukrainian users which should now their language much better then me ;-) The only one thing I can say that now low level CP code is correct.
