I do not know if it's intentional or not because it was not defined by me.
It's effect of the definition which contains latin letters 'I' and 'i' in
src/codepage/cpua866.c.
The question if it's "normal" or not is not for me but to Ukrainian users
so you should answer yourself.

If you think that sth is wrong then please update src/codepage/cpua866.c.
You can also try to discuss about it with Pavel Tsarenko which created
such definition. I do not plan to change original definitions created
by Ukrainian users which should now their language much better then me ;-)

The only one thing I can say that now low level CP code is correct.
