TROUBLESHOOTING section (aka as: try with minimal amount
of envvars, setup your compiler tools properly, try with
EXAMPLES as-is).

Hi Mr. Viktor.
I am following the steps in the INSTALL file
And he will be better if you change these lines because I believe that
is leaving the new users confused as I was.
I'm not touching anything just by following the instructions in the install.
