only are these options set
HB_INSTALL_PREFIX=C:\DEV\HARBOUR
HB_PATH=C:\DEV\HARBOUR
None of these are used by hbmk2.
Sorry, to be more precise: HB_INSTALL_PREFIX is used,
but you only have to set it manually if hbmk2.exe you
use isn't in C:\DEV\HARBOUR\BIN\, if it is, it's
automatically detected and you don't need it.
HB_PATH isn't used since very long time in Harbour.
