The only issues are UNICODE in gtwvt [so I'll probably
disable it there while we fix it]. (Also gtwin, but
gtwin isn't really critical for me, it will fade quite
soon)
Without real windows access it will be hard for me to help in
this problem.
I still maintain my offer, if you want to have some
fun with the issue ;) (and have time) I can pass you
RDP access to a freshly installed VM with 64-bit
Windows and dev tools. Since it's on my MBP, we only
have to sync schedules.
Thank you for your proposition and I'll ask you about it
if we cannot resolve the problem in other way.

Looks that non ASCII glyphs are missed.
Is it local to Win64 or the same happens also in Win32?
Will try to test it later. It's not just the glyphs,
notice the font is not the right one. (and placement
is also wrong, but that may be a consequence of former).
