Yes sure though as far as I know we do not use any LIBS yet to create
harbour*.dll so it should also work.
True. I didn't read the patch carefully enough.
Anyhow I've left $(LIBS) to stay in sync with other compilers.
I cannot retest it now even with 5.5 (where it was working anyway),
I hope Mario can report some results with 6.2 and someone else with
5.5. After that we should commit.
I tested it with 5.5. and WINE and it works.
