No sorry I was wrong, it does exist, although please look into '/contribs' for contrib libs. 'external' holds different things, but I'm extremely tired now to explain our dir layout from scratch. Usually a 'grep -R' or 'dir /s' command can give quick and easy answers to these questions though. I encourage everyone to use them.
