Personally I prefer current behavior.
Too much times in the past I had to look for false bug
reports due to old or not fully recompiled Harbour code
so I do not like the idea that we begin to update revision
number after each ChangeLog modification. We simply lost
the simplest method to verify user harbour binaries.
I know that it's not perfect but for me it's much better
then nothing.
