i have the old file 0.51 on other machine so for me is not a problem
in next release will be supported 0.55 or 0.59
CeGCC 0.59.1 uses gcc 4.4. The latest official release (0.55) is based
on gcc 4.1.0.

Hi hope that will be more easy to unpack using cgywin
