I've never used XBase so I can't say much about code and compatibility, but demoxbp is really nice. The only "strange" thing I can report is in tree: instead of copy.png image I see colored squares that change color with the state change so it seems an image rendering problem. copy.png file seems valid and all the other images are rendered correctly.
