Yes! As the updates are constant, would be a field $revision$ to
whether the documentation in text format is outdated or not. And I
believe that the name of the source file would be useful to be able to
see quickly if something was changed or not.
I think we can can continue this conversation later. Some docs are embedded within source files so the $id$ value cannot be used, though that could indicate that source has changed.

I admit I am not following your train of thought at this time, but it has been a long day.

The first steps are to cleanup the source files and ensure that the output is clean.
