(Thanks Przemek and Petr)I think that you should move HB_EXEC .c code to XHB library. Probably ATI() function also should be there though there is a question about its behavior. Should it respect national characters? If yes then hb_charLower() should be used instead of HB_TOLOWER()
Okay, I did it with some extra twists. Pls chk. My only remaining concern is that hb_strAtI() low level function had to be put in rtl (instead of common), to avoid messing up dependencies. Probably cdp related functionality should be moved to common lib eventually.
