Ups. Sorry for troubles but now if I remove
   argv[ argc++ ] = ( char * ) "";
from hbcmplib.c then hbmk2 stops to work again.
If I do not remove it then we should update hbrun to not pass
HB_ARGV( 0 ) to hb_compile*() functions.
What do you prefer?
