! Fixed to ignore clean command result which is a TOFIX.
(anyone to help here?)
! Changed ChangeLog file detection to specifically look
for CHANGE~1 and to not look for CHANGE~* and CHANG~*
where the latter cannot exist and the former may
accidentally pick up wrong file.
