You must set HB_INC_QT correctly.
How can i do for set HB_INC_QT correctly?

I have it set to 'C:\devl\Qt\4.5.1\include'.
Anyway, my latest changes didn't modify existing
hbqt building method, so you should do the exact
same as before, I've just added support for
static mode. Probably it didn't build for you even
before, or if it did, just restore everything to
that state. Just add the new envvar and try again.
