[Harbour] dbEdit() CTRL/PG-UP/DOWN not handled?

In dbEdit()  CTRL/PAGE_UP and CTRL/PAGE_DOWN are not being handled 
internally AND the user function is not being called.
Is this a known bug ?    (Linux)
