I purpose to separate next macro HB_CDP_SUPPORT_OFF
as HB_COLLATE_SUPPORT_OFF HB_CHARSET_SUPPORT_OFF To optimize dbfGetValue and dbfPutValue, because in most cases pArea->cdPage are equal hb_cdp_page always. We optimize only 1 if but this if is executed many times, in some applications are millions of times.
