* Updated with link where download bgd.dll
TODO: I will upload version with -DWITH_GD switch to remove needs for
hbgd but I'm working on uhttpd.prg now.
In meanwhile please comment line 88 (REQUEST GDIMAGE, ...) and remove
hbgd.lib and bgd.lib from batch file.
The only sample that not work is "counter".
