You are right in your assertions.

WVG or WVT both gives power to render console outpur commands
to a TRUE Windows' window. 

If you plan to have pure console output, you need not to learm more than
two lines, perhaps. In that case you will be linking GTWVT or GTWVG without 
any GUI makeup. ( SEE: wvtext.prg / wvtext.exe ). GTWVG gives you the power 
to mix console commands with GUI elements as is evident in demowvg.prg /
demowvg.exe.

I am planning to include complete documentation of GTWVT in the next few
days.
Keep watching http://www.harbour.vouch.info space though I will declare it
in this NG also.

This mammoth feature is engineered by Przemsylaw alone. 
I only floated this idea nearly one year back with working code but with a
different approach.
Przemek did it in a PERFECT way far beyond my imagination.
