- Removed '#pragma DEBUGINFO=OFF'. See solution below.

* Forcing -b- (disabling debug info) for all core
.prg functions. Compiling anything in core with
-b would cause infinite loops, when trying to use
the debugger.
QUESTION: Is HB_NO_READDBG still needed?
