Just one word, Lorenzo, please consider the sutiation, in which I (as old Clipper programer) used to use ":=". I think in today world, in wich GUI and IDE and RAD (rapid app. devel.) are the most common used by young programmers (who remember MultiEdit? - Przemek, don't answer). In my opinion changing ":=" to "=" is not necessary. If someone wants to learn Harbour, then he will learn. But if someone can't make a app without GUI IDE or sth. else, then ..... GUI/IDE should help to create apps, but not be the only one. Some times ago I found AutoIT Script language, very nice for Windows. With it I found very nice source code editor, SciTE. Just think, what would be, if I ask to this group (specialy private to Przemek) for making some changes in Harbour to make it nice look in SciTE. I don't want to think. But look at http://groups.google.com/group/scite-interest/web/extras?pli=1 there is a lot of files to make SciTE works with a lot of languages. I think, that's a better way to improve the acceptance of the language.
